Title: 3rd Party Application Server Template

Where can I find this 3rd Party application server template as this is not available in my downloads of GVP 8.1.6?
I need to use this for SIP HA setup.

Secondly the docs of genesys describes the HA setup steps using some Config Manager tool instead of GA, is this mandatory or GA can be used itself for SIP HA setup, if yes will there be any add on steps or other steps reqd.

GA can do all what CME can do.

how can i create applications of type 3rd party application server template?
i do'nt know where / which is 3rd party application server template

On Templates folder create a new one, select 3rd party and then create the App...if memory doesn't fails...

Yep, Cav is right...for Third Party Server you need not necessary use template, there is no advantage, because Third Party Server application object does not contain predefined options.
