Title: GVP8 Reporting

Hi guys,
Just willing to know your methods here...
How do you prefer to get GVP8 reports? I mean, GVP8 Reporting does CDR and by App but when customer wants real business reports you go with CCA or build your own methods? And why?

Hi cav,

all depends on customer need, but in general I prefer three ways for GVP reporting in release 8.1 :

[li]GVP Reporting Server.Providing WS for custom app, has integration with GA, etc[/li]
[li]Own reporting within IVR app. Like a counter in vxml scripts[/li]
[li]CCA reporting, gets via HTTP interface of URS from vxml scripts[/li]
[/list]

the order is not important.

I think he means that StatServer will know KVPs from GVP too, so as usual you do a filter and on GVP attaching values like option=3, customer=GOLD and so on, so you have ENTERED_GOLD, ENTERED_SILVER, ENTERED_OPT4, ENTERED_OPT2, etc ect ect
