I want to make the agents classify a call using disposition codes and make this compulsory before they can mark done the interaction. I achieved this by using gad dispostion code option "is-mandatory". However, want I want to do is that they have to classify and mark done a call before receiving a new interaction, because now they can leave the interactions without marking them done and continue receiving calls, and I want to avoid this.
Is this possible?
