Title: Interation Workspace and Statistics

Hello, everyone.
I installed genesys express 8 with interaction workspace 8.1.2 application. Now I am trying  make IWS to show "My Statisctics", "Contact Center Statistics" and KPI. I did configuration according following

But it didn't work. And i can't understand what is cause.
IWS user has maximum rights ("Super Administrators") and the option "security.disable-rbac" set to "true".

Your configuration is wrong,follow guide at Genesys doc suite step-by-step. Statistics in IWS got to have own section, and in interaction-workspace you only add "link" to these section with statistics configuration. Physical stats are configured on StatServer of course.

PS: What are the connection on IWS object? It is bad and without any logical reasons

[b]Kubig[/b], Thank very much for helping me to find out where i made mistake. It is working now.
About IWS connection, I was trying to find out by exclusion, so I checked different connections be exclusion.
This is not the production server, it is the laboratory.
Now i am  configuring RBAC for IWS, but there is no "Interaction Workspace" in Role Priviledges tab, only "Genesys Administrator".
What can i did wrong again?

You have to import xml file with metadata on application template of IWS
