Title: Showing Not Ready instead of Not Ready After Call Work in GAD

Hi!

Having a problem with GAD. Some agents, when selecting state "Not Ready - After Call Work" , GAD is showing "Not Ready" state. If they select one of the other Not ready customized states it works fine, but not with after call work state. However, in CCPulse, when the agent selects Not Ready After Call Work State (showing only "Not Ready" in GAD) it shows the agent in the correct state (Not Ready After Call Work (the pencil))
Any clues for attacking this problem?

What exactly version of GAD are you using?

The version of GAD is 7.6.401.04
