Title: Segregating Action codes
Post by: Orbit on August 02, 2013, 11:08:25 AM
Hi,

I have setup several action codes for iWS users for 'Not Ready' purposes.  However, I'm looking to segregate the codes so that only specific agents can see/use specfic codes in iWS.  I'm fairly new to this type of thing, so would appreiacte a 'steer' on how this could be done?

Thanks,
O

There is not option how to control it, so you can change permission to each NotReady for example or create more that one IWS object, but both solution are ugly and I do not recommend it. If the need is really need, you have to develop customization with it and all will be "nice" (I have developed similiar functions)

ow you can create several IW application objects, each one for agent group. Then configure it for specific reason codes and tell agents in specific group use it.
