Title: Double spacing in GAD email response

Hi,

In GAD, when writing in an email interaction, if you press "Enter" key, it makes a double spacing and it´s pretty anoying gor the agents. I know the workaround is to press "Enter" + "Shift", but is there a way to change this configuration?
