Hi Everyone,
I just need to know if OCS option record_processed is dynamic or no? We are using version 7.2 of OCS and proposing to customer to change this option to False.
Can any of you please verify? I am not able to find this on any of the Genesys docs.
Also if you are aware of the risks involved in change this option to False?

If the parameter doesn't say "DYNAMIC" then it is not

Thanks Cav, the problem is that on Genesys site it says 'dynamic' but in the documents there is no information at all. I am sure its dynamic in 8x but we have a very old 7.2 OCS in our environment (We are upgrading to 8.1 by end of this year). Because we don't have a test setup in pre-prod we have to directly implement this in Prod, so I was curious to know if we will have to restart OCS or no.
I guess I will have to restart in case I don't get any information.

you mess the OCS version. In doc for 7.2 options description does not contain any additional comments like in later doc version

Hello Everyone,
It does require restart of OCS on 7.2 version according to Genesys tech support.
However, when I changed the option I could see it updated immediately in OCS logs without having to restart.
I anyways restarted OCS to be sure.
