Title: GAD Supervisor with email queue view

Hi everybody, i am new in the forum. I came here looking for solution about a problem i have at this moment. I need to define a queue view in Genesys Desktop for supervisor, in which the supervisor could monitor the email queue state, and manually move or forward the emails that are in this queue.
I would really apreciate if anyone could help me with this because i have not found any documentation, neither in the internet or genesys oficial forum.

It is documented on Genesys GAD deployment. docs.genesyslab.com
Also search the forum. Has been explained previously.
