I have tried to use filter ThisQueue to measure average talk time for given skill I measure total talk time and total calls (each skill is associated to its own queue in my strategy). I have created group including all agents and used filter ThisQueue to filter out calls associated to each skill separately. Unfortunately numbers (numbers of calls) are quite diiferent then numbers of calls reported when I monitor given queue (unfortunately I cannot get total talk time for queue only total calls).
