Title: genesys connid reportable?
Post by: PFCCWA on October 17, 2013, 07:36:38 AM
Hello,

Is the genesys connid stored in any CCA tables?
We have a requirement to track this against out crm database where it is referenced but don't believe CCA can provide it.
Could the GVP or WFM databases have it?
It is on the log files such as SIP/URS so trying to determine the best way to obtain it.
I think informart/ICON can do it but would require the solution to be implemented.

thanks.

Wont this just contain multimedia/eservice interactions?

It catches voice also (if you configure it). But not usable for a full track, for that you need CCON. CCA is a sumatory only, not detailed report.
