Title: Two Communication Driver on Siebel 8.1 side

Hello Everyone,

There is a special need on a customer that will only be supported if two Gplus drivers (each one with different parameter values in the definition file) are used in Siebel side.
I work with Genesys applications so you can assume any info/instruction on this side will be clearly understood; but I only have basic knowledge on Siebel architecture. As far as I could find, the component using the Gplus driver (GenComm.dll) is Siebel Object Manager.
Genesys Platform:
- Framework 7.6
- Genesys Gplus 8.0
- All servers (Genesys and Siebel) running on Windows 2003

Hey Carlos,
They would have to create another Siebel instance to do such configuration. In that other instance they will have to load a second driver to the second component you want.

One more question: By “another Siebel instance” you mean Profile, right? Or is it the complete install?
