Title: Do not Call list by Campaign
Post by: PFCCWA on October 21, 2013, 01:12:32 PM
Hello,

We have started to use the do not call list for outbound however am wondering if this can be split by campaign or calling list, or both?
The (do not call) table structure has campaign DBid and list Dbid however when using 2 different campaign ids, all the numbers are still checked and marked as no call.
I may be misunderstanding the use of these fields within the do not call table structure.
We are trying to avoid having to use the same do not call list across all our campaigns.

thanks,WA

No, it is a global one.
What you can do is a SQL filter to read a specific table.
Check OCS Deployment guide and Reference guide. It is there even with examples
