Hi All,
While I was collating the Agent login-logout timing report, I realised that some of the agents login and logout timings were not captured properly in which some of them doesn't have logout timing captured.
I have asked a few agents on their logout procedure and found out that they did are not following the proper logoff procedure from their Interaction Workspace which could have resulted in this occurring.
Just a question here and verification, will Genesys capture the timeout timestamp if agent just shutdown their PC and did not properly logout from iWorkspace?
