Title: Graph Colors

Hi There

i am new to CC pulse and having some issues with the Graph display. no matter what i set the color to on the graphs (specifically agent state) the bar stays grey. i would like to see a different color for each state eg green for ready, red for not ready.... etc

any help would be great

How would you do that? One graph per agent? I can't see how it would be done, why just not color the data cell?
