Title: Looking for Call Center Reporting Defintiions

Hi everybody:



I am looking for a sample report which would show me what supervisors want to see in their call center when running CMS on G3 like productivity, AHA, AHT, etc... Does any one have anything they can send me?

Jeff,

Are you going to use Terranova (ASCII) or CentreVue (GUI) based reporting? We run both and I'll see if I can send over some reports. There are a heap of precanned ones with the product, so did you have any specifics in mind? or is this a new install in which case I'll see if I can get some of our custom reports.

Incase you have any reports related with Aegents & Queue with some customized columns etc, then please send it over as it will be very helpful. thanks in advance for your help.
