Hi,
I have only been working with genesys for around 9 months now, and I have one niggling problem to which i cannot find a solution - hopefully somebody here can help
When you pre build a view within a workspace and save this it automatically saves at the bottom of the list.
The issue here is we have around 20/30 pre built views, and it is desirable to keep them in a certain order. If a view requires to be altered slightly, it literally means deleting all views and starting again. This is a massive pain as we have custom thresholds etc so it is very time consuming!
Is anybody aware of a way to alter the order in which views are saved? Or even set it so they are saved alphabetically? Currently ours are saved purely in order of production.
Many thanks

Never tried but I'd try saving as XML files (v8) and then try to modify it there and hope it works.

This is a good suggestion, however I am hitting a wall unfortunately - can you help further please?
I have altered the default storage type to XML, however as we have never used the XML format before we don't have any workpaces, thresholds, actions etc. files in this format to begin with.
It is my understanding that CCPulse will never create the file. So how do I go about this?
Thanks in advance.
