Title: IMAP vs POP

Hi,
What are the advantages in terms of usability of POP against IMAP? What additional complexity does IMAP require against a pop configuration based ESJ??

None...depends on your server IT guys who handle the email server, some guys don't like IMAP others don't like POP3, others don't like any of them... As for Genesys he downloads and that is it.

OK!

The real reson is I have not tried e-services using IMAP, only POP and always worked fine for me. But these people insist on using IMAP, so I wanted to know that...
