Hi guys,
As the tittle says...any idea on how to monitor the TTS ports on RealTime?
I need to find where the bottle neck is and must do it by monitoring real time calls and need to check the ports usage too...any idea? GVP 8.1
Thanks!

From tcket: Knova Id: 18406 (Is there any way to monitor ASR/TTS usage when using MRCPv2):
At this time Genesys has no any roadmap for MRCP Proxy V2 in near future. It is still under investigating so there is no date for this feature and there isn't even date to date
General recommendation for this case is to use native reports of vendor of ASR/TTS (it is depending on kind of vendor).

Any clue what tools does Nuance provides? I have not found any tool available

Something for MRCP v2 *may* come up end of next year.

As a Professional Service it won't work :-/
This deployment is very small and I was hoping to be able to do it by myself...sucks

I suppose you could pull the Nuance log files and try to parse them in pseudo real-time. I did something similar with Nuance ASR log files as couple of years ago:

Hey Craig,
Thanks, will give it a check. Hope it can work for what I need.

You can always try"nasty" solution: attach specific kv-pair with value1 before TTS block and attach same kv-pair with different value value2 after TTS block and run CCPulse report on trunk group or on rp (in URS centric mode) to show You all calls with kvpair with value1. It is not best but would give You good estimate.
