Title: Wrap Up codes in Pulse?

Hi all,

Have searched round Mr Google a bit with little success... Is there any way to get a count of wrap codes by VAG (I guess... or whatever) in Pulse?

I think that he means how to get number of notready status (filtered) by each VAG (Virtual Agent Group). Fo these purposes you can use standard statistics for NotReady time intervals, each stats have to be filtered of course.
