Title: Manage agent's status (GDS)

Hello, everyone.
  I heard that supervisor (if he is using Genesys Supervisor Desktop) can manual change agent's
status. But I can't find describe of the feature in documentation. So is it true?  Where can it be described?

Where did you hear it? I never heard about this funcionality and I think that it does not exist.

Okay, I found some information about the question.
The Supervisor can logout agents from SIP media remotely (Deployment guide, Advanced Supervisory Tasks).
There are no other functions, maybe it can be developed with PSDK.
