Title: How to Prioritize Voice over Email over Multimedia

Hello,

Can somebody please share with me how to define which interaction will be handled first when an e-mail and a voice call are parked in a common virtual queue targeting the same group of skills.  We would like to have the voice calls always handled first. E-mail will be last.
