Can anyone provide the study material of CIM Troubleshooting (GCS8 - CCTS) exam ?

If anyone have video lectures, guides or anything which relates to CIM Troubleshooting (GCS8 - CCTS) exam then please share.

From my point of view, the best materials are:

[li]trying to deploy Genesys env (lab environment)[/li]
[li]own effort[/li]
[li]on internet was available book (to buy) with Genesys exams example[/li]

Hi Kuvig,

Its just a regular simulator ... Its usefull to test your knowledge before taking the exam.
The purpose is educational only.

I heard there was this guy in Peru, who would go to Genesys exams with Google glass, record all the questions, and then sell it via Paveln. Unfortunately, the business fell through since Paveln would then be a grader for those exams .
