Hi !!
I managed to add agent statistics to GAD, but I couldnīt find the way to show virtual queue statistics too. I only have one VQ, so I would like to see distributed calls, waiting calls, abandoned ;D, etc..
Is it possible?? :)

I think that GAD can show only stats related to the agent which is currently logged, so for himself and his ACD queue. The GAD doc says it at least. You can try to add VQ name to the stats definition instead ACD, but I am not sure if it will work
