For no more than a 10 minute period, our stat server did not receive Event messages from our Nortel Opt 81, to inform the Stat server that calls were answered by agents. Because the messages were not received, the Stat Server continued to count the calls as still queuing. During this ten minute period, a backup was being performed on the PABX. Is it probable that theses event messages from the PABX to Symposium were no captured during the backup processes.
Please let me know if any else has experienced this.

Did you check whether SLink / MLink propagated the events during this period?
