Hello,
I have created a standard response within Knowledge Manager 813 however it wont show on GAD auto suggest tab (764).
We want this and other standard responses to show on GAD when agents response or create email in GAD.
Knowledge Manager has a connection to UCS, GAD a connection to UCS.
The standard response is active and approved.
It is auto created and enabled within config server.
I can see them in ucs db - standardresponse table (nothing in standardresponsefavorite table).
Where could I be going wrong?

Post a screenshot of your Response on KM, mostly the configuration settings.
Also check UCS logs about it
