Hello,
Can somebody please let me know if it is possible to find phone numbers that are appearing in more than one Calling List? Sometimes, we may have a situation where a customer is in two different Calling List and want to evaluate which customers they are before being called twice.

Only possible way is via some own customization via PSDK. Database operations are not recommended.
