Title: CCPulse Threshold for Voice Media

Hi,

I need some help for adding a threshold in CCPulse.
The thing is I want to colour agents which are logged out for voice channel.
I generate a filter with the condition 'MediaType=voice'
Then I created a template, with only one statistic, for Login Time, in which I apply this filter with an interval of Sliding 10 seconds.
So when the number is 10 I colour the agents and when it's not 10 I don't, and It's working fine, but the thing is when the agents are in a chat interaction or mail interaction, this time is set to 0 , but they continue being logged to voice channel..so I don't understand can anyone help me???

I could be wrong but 0 isn't an integer so won't be part of the filter, your threshold needs to take this into account
