Hi,
reading Outbound Contact Suite 6.5 manuals I noticed a particular sentence: In the Genesys Outbound environment, agents can log in to only one queue or agent group at a time. Now, considering an environment where I have routing done by the ACD component of a PBX and where a single agent belong to more than a queue to handle inbound contacts, I'd like to know if I really need an agent logged in a single queue so he can't handle inbound contact (or only the inbound contacts coming to that particular queue).
I'd like also to know if the DN I must put in the origination DN of Outbound Agent Group mask is a Pilot in an Alcatel 4400 environment or is something else.
Thanks.
