Asking for a fellow developer, so please don't shoot the messenger.
One of our SIP/Genesys VP implementations, we are receiving the SIP CALL_ID on inbound calls as a field in the Genesys CTI events. At a second site, we are not getting the SIP CALL-ID. Is there a configuration setting somewhere?

You mean SIP message (INVITE,INFO,etc.) or what exactly? If in your SIP INVITE message are not userdata, try to check VoIP DN configuration if the option "userdata-map-filter" is not missing
