Hello,
We are facing problem in GVP Reporting Server.
In GA call dashboard, the columns "In-Process, Today calls, Daily Peak" are showing as 0.
From the MCP & RM logs, i found that the connection between Reporting clients(MCP, RM) & Reporting Server is lost. So i have rebooted GVP Reporting Server.
Then connection is established between Reporting client & Reporting Server. Below is the Message from RM logs
Trc 20001 INFO 00000000-00000000 2470108048 00600000 Successfully connected to Primary Reporting Server: tcp://x.x.x.x:4210?soKeepAlive=true2014-02.
Then values are started displaying correctly in GA Dashboard.
Its occurring very frequently.
I just want to know, Is Restart of Reporting Server is compulsory, if connection lost between Reporting client & Reporting Server?

Did you check if the network connection are relevant and are based on network failure or it is a application bug? Did you try to configure ADDP between client and server? What version exactly of GVP component are you using? I am using RS with GVP from version 8.1.4 and never seen similar issue.
