Title: WFM web not showing up Home Logout buttons on the Browser

Hi ,
I have installed the WFM 8.1.2 version on windows 2003 Websphere 7.0 and trying to run it from local workstation IE 9.0 and java 1.7 update 40 but Supervisor web is not showing/loading properly.
Please let me know if i am missing anything .
