Title: create new openmedia interaction from strategy

Hi All

I need to create a new openmedia (with different media type) interaction upon new email received and screened in strategy. But can't find simple way how to create new interaction. There is block in IRD "create interaction" but afaik it create new record in UCS rather than creating new one on interaction server, doesn't it?

There is block in IRD "Submit New Interaction"
