Hi
We are using 8.1.3 version of iWS. Some times agents noticed that iWS screen turning black and not able to perform any action. Agents has to reboo their PC to continue their work. Have anyone noticed this issue? What is the reason for the issue and how to fix this.?

Not at all...seems more a PC issue. Check what software it has and memory/CPU consumption.
Black means the GUI is not able to refresh...Check logs of the app and see if you can find something

We verified and compared hardware and software components against working PC. There is no difference. I will check it out iWS logs for memory consumption.
