I am looking for "Genesys Configuration Database Structure/Schema" if any one can share that will be g8 help ?

Why do you not create UML or export schema from SQL console for the RDBMS? Genesys in general does not provide schema structure for CFG layer.

As it was written above - again for you:

Database schema for the Genesys configuration database is not available.Genesys "Configuration Import Wizard" document gives schema definition in XML or closest document is Configuration Platform SDK API Reference, which is available on Genesys documentation page.
