Hi All,
While checking the "Interaction Handling Attempt report" , Calls completed in IVR has Handling resource type as "IVR Port" in 7.6 where in 8.1, same call shows Handling resource type as "Other".
Is this working as expected or there is some issue as we are also seeing High no of calls counted under "Routed to others" coulmn in 8.1 which are showing as "Answered" in 7.6.
Appreciate if someone can provide some ingisght on this .

Did you change GVP mode within upgrade from 7.6 to 8.1 GVP?

We are still in Genesys 7.6 but upgraded Infomart 7.6 to 8.1 . Hope that clarifies.

Not clarify - the main question is that you are still using Voice Treatment Ports or not?
