Hello,
We are logging into WFM Web Supervisor (812), but after login details are entered, the page is stuck at 'Checking Availability of Java environment'. It worked when we deployed the solution then suddenly stopped.
This does not occur when logging into WFM Web Agent services.
IE version 9.
If I use Google Chrome it works as expected.

Try to check if the JAR files are not cached within Java cache - if yes, clear this cache and try to log in again.
