Title: Agent PC hardware specs

Hello,

What is the minimum cpu and ram memory recommended for agent client desktops?
The hardware sizing guide states intel core 2 duo, 1 GB ram although adds a note stating 4 gb if also running nonn genesys apps concurrently.

what are your minimum agent specs?

is your app, provided by genesys or custom made app?

All genesys provided apps

I assume they might have provided some Spec for the Software with the purchase?
or else
file a ticket
