Title: Embedded browser

Dear sirs
Has GAD or IWS embedded web-browser like in Cisco Agent Desktop? Or how can add similar functionallity to it ?
need for integration with CRM through 3rd party server with selfmade web-services.
Or maybe describe best practice for it?

GAD is web-based application so it is "running" in web browser. IWS is WFP based application, so you can write own custom module which may contain webbrowser component or something like that
