Does anyone know why GCIP (Customer Interaction Portal) never moved past 7.6?
I did one deployment of it, but client uptake was slow for the particular SP, so never got to see it in action with multiple active tenants.

Possibly because of Genesys replaced it with HPE first and now Cloud products.
