Title: CCPulse Time Profile - In ranges

Hey guys,
I have a customer who wants to display CCPulse stats for the day in time ranges.

For example, Service Factor, from 10am - 12pm, 12pm - 2pm, 2pm - 4pm etc.

We've messed around with a few different options and have something close, but not quite.

Growing:
00:00+02:00 should work, so every 2 hours the data in CCPulse willl reset to zero

Yes, we got that far cav, but the requirement is for the data to display for each 2 hour block for the whole day.

So, for example, 4pm you can see each 2 hour increment before 4pm.

eg.
Service Factor:
8-10 = 78%
10-12 = 80%
12-2 = 82%
2-4 = 88%

It's got me stumped.

You are mixing Historical Data with Real Time, maybe you can do on DMA a Template to get that information (needed to build SF) and make the collector to work every 2 hours (NoAggregation) so then you show the Historical Report with NoAggregation on CCPulse.
