Hi guys,
Is it somehow possible to have 2 Frameworks and each one with a different TServer to exchange UDATA? Normally I'd say ISCC but that would work inside same Framework and URS.
Is this somehow possible?
-
Probably it can be done by creating inside every framework the "shadow" image of tserver from other framework forcing every of them think they are speaking with "local" peer.
-
I don't think you can do it *directly* between 2 T-Servers.
Two ideas:
- via SIP Servers
- via IVR T-Server
Fra

Yeah,
I imagined those two scenarios (ghost config and SIP Servers/TIVR),
URS is mandatory on the SIP Server one, right?
-
Isn't this where network TServer is used?
-
Should it do the job? I also had the idea that it has to belong to same Framework
-
I believe this is the intention of Network Tserver. I would try to read the docs via Genesys, but their stupid ad has messed up the whole site :(
-
Well docs are here:
http://docs.genesys.com/Documentation/TS
But don't see a specific document explaining how it is supposed to work on a architecture like the one I'm asking...

Hi Cav,
I know about a pretty large environment where they use 'ghost config' for ISCC communication between T-Servers and it works. Of course, it is not supported configuration so Genesys Support won't be keen on helping you with any issues ;)

Thanks René, by ghost config you mean creating objects on both Frameworks?
