Title: Supported Network Load balancers (NLB)

Hello,

Is there a Genesys documentation which shows the supported network load balancers?
Within the SIP HA Deployment guide it has IP take over / Windows NLB / SIP Proxy and Big F5 for Network based HA.

We have a customer who is considering the use of Riverbed (stingray) for this purpose but cant find any references for support or no support.

So you found what documentation says, therefore supported. Others are not. Simple as that.
Doesn't mean you can't, means you won't receive Genesys support only.
