Title: Info Mart CONTACT_ATTEMPT_FACT Table

Hello,

I am trying to setup Info Mart. I have that working so far and I tried making a test call. However I do not see any data in the CONTACT_ATTEMPT_FACT table, is this suppose to populate? How do I get data into the table ?

Was the test call outbound campaign? What says logs - do you see that the OCS sent the data to the ICON and ICON properly received data? What about content of go_* tables? Little bit more information, please...

Sorry I am still new to this. What are the GO_* tables for? They are all empty. Looking at the log files, I don't see any error messages.
My OCS db server log has something like this:

In my ICON db server log I do have a warning:
WARNING: Unable to bind server to 4051, rebind schedules in 10 seconds.

New in Genesys as I see ..

What version if GIM are you using? As I ask before, what about communication between OCS a related ICON ( I do not mean DB server operations)? I suggest to check ICON logs covering the test calls and find out if there are information from OCS or not, and if ICON works properly with them
