hello,
I think this may be cache related ..
we use sip/rm/mcp to play msml announcement however despite removing or changing the audio file, the old one still plays.
if I change the file id in urs routing strategy, new audio file plays.
do I clear the cache? if so where?
we are on mcp 8.1.5, is there a known fault?
or just restart application.

I've never encountered similiar issue. What says MCP logs about using request audio file?
