Title: CCPulse Runtime error

Installed a new CCPulse application in the new test environment but I kept getting this error. Anyone has any idea why?

What type of OS? Did you get error during installation or within start-up? What says application logs?

Windows 2008 server 64bit. I didn't enable logging on the app. We did figure it out that it's the DAP connection to datamart that is crashing the application. Took off the connection, it started just fine. Now I have to investigate if it's the DAP, or ETL or the DB.  ??? :'(

Even if it's a very old post, I'm facing the same problem. Have you fixed it and, if yes, how?

Same exact problem?
You mean same version?
Or just a generic crash?


As usual, try to upgrade to last version first. Dummy guide for crashes

It is the last version (new installation). If I connect ETL or Datamart DAP to CCPulse app, when I run CCPulse it crash just after logon. If I remove ETL / DAP connection it runs fine but with real time stats only.

What does SS logs say?
Windows exception won't help too much


Seems time for a Genesys ticket for what you mention tho

The problem was the dap. I connected to CCPulse the DAP_datamart_JDBC. I created a DAP_datamart_DBS and it worked.
