Title: CC Pulse and Backup Stat Server

We recently had to run off our backup stat server for a few days. During this time, one of our CC Pulse users opened a few reports and then saved them. Now the report looks for the backup stat server(_B), even though we're now running on the primary (_A). How can I get the report looking at the normal (_A) stat server instead of the secondary (_B)?

Suggest use a binary editor such as frhed (http://www.tudarmstadt.de/~rkibria) to find and replace the backup stats server with the primary. I believe this fault has been addressed in later versions of CCPulse, so it might pay to request an upgrade from Genesys. This issue can also been seen if the stats server disconnects, with no backup, and the user saves the workspace (ie it saves a workspace with no 'StatServer' info and so can not open the workspace again...)
