Just noticed that the Genesys Discussion Forum has been removed, in favour of a [i]Customer/Partner Only[/i] Forum.
Way to go Genesys! :)

Well...that was the second attempt they did and a copy of this forum idea...bad implemented but was there. What is a shame is that they not only left users out but wiped all the information they had there making it a total lost of time and effort for everyone who contributed.
Another sign of how Genesys does support their users.

It looks like they went to Chatter, with some customized views. They are continuing to move more to the Salesforce platform. There is some older content, but not sure if they used forum information or the older support answers. I wonder if we are in store for GenesysForce soon?

I've asked their Customer Care for access... should be interesting.... ;D

What did they tell you regarding access?
Our sales engineer noted they were working on moving all the content there into the Community section of customer care behind the support login. In my opinion it is a much more difficult interface to use. A lot of good posts and old code references were lost!

Just yesterday I heard from someone in Genesys that they were working on cleaning the inappropriate posts up and would be making it live again. Not sure if the information is accurate, but I am crossing my fingers.

Now, live? What? The old forum?

The genesys forum was moved to the Genesys website and access to it is via your support access, I guess.
