Does anyone know how to get the external transfer destination number in GIM/GI2.
scenario: agent has established call and transferes it to an external destination (ex: mobile phone). Looking at documantation and available reports I don't see the call transfer destination.
Looking at INTERACTION_FACT_GI2 table in GIM i only see the Inbound call when selecting using callid (interaction_fact_gi2.media_server_ixn_guid).
GIM version 8.1.202.01

Within the ICON DB do you see records for each part of the interaction?

Yes Kubig, I can see in ICON both calls.
Inside G_PARTY table I have three records with the same CALLID for each party of this interaction (internal DN, initial calling number and transfered-to number).

So, try to look at GIM logs what SQL are fired for this type of call
