Hi Guys,
In IRD using the selection block, is it possible to route the inbound call to an agent[using GAD] despite what state they are in.. Not_ready, Ready.
For example, if no agents are in ready, target agents in not ready. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Doable but not a good idea by many reasons like poor customer service
